Hello, I updated via HQ, and it was successful. After executing the job unattended, I received the error: “Could not send job to Handler. Job execution failed for Job.” Can you help me?

Thank you for your help with that information. I suppose the update did not go as planned. Please uninstall the current robot version and manually install the new one.

Hello, when you access your VM manually, can you see the Handler Monitoring Tool? If not, please try to start it manually using (C:\Program Files\Robotiq.ai\Handler\HandlerMonitoringTool\Robotiq.HandlerMonitoringTool.exe). After starting, did you see a command indicating that the handler is up?
