Hello everyone,
I successfully installed the robot on the tenant, but for some reason the status of the robot says “Not installed”. I tried deleting and reinstalling the robot several times, but the same status always appears even though the installation went through.
Gatekeeper has the status “Running”.
How to solve this?

hello, we encountered a similar issue. Clients set up a proxy and added –proxy in curl. However, this issue is specific to our case as it depends on the client’s environment setup.
