robot is not working

After installing the latest version of the robot on both our test and production environments, we have encountered an issue where the robot will only start correctly if I log onto the virtual machine as the user who registered the robot and initiate it.

Sorry, you must disable Secure Sign-In option on your VM, not enable it. I have included a link that may be helpful to you.
