Find image step doesn't work in unattended mode

Hi, I am encountering an issue with the “Find Image Step” in unattended mode.

When I run the process in the development stage (attended), this step works as expected, but when I run it in the production stage (unattended), I encounter the following error:

Error ocurred in step [“FindImageStep”, “Wait for Excel to load”,”2fcb9e9c-37f8-0b97-0436-d92ca6024080″]. Error: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at Robotiq.ScriptExecutor.StepHandlers.Implementation.FindImageStepHandler.HandleCore(Boolean startRobotLocally) at Robotiq.Steps.Common.StepHandler.Handle(Boolean startRobotLocally).

I have verified that the process version is the same across stages, and all necessary step inputs are correctly configured.

Any help would be appreciated

Please follow these steps:

  • Clear the contents of the following folders:
    %appdata%\Robotiq\Processes
    %appdata%\Robotiq\ProcedureStoragePath
  • Run the process (in unattended) again

If the problem continues, try these additional steps:

  •  Save the process again.
  • Publish it again.
  • Empty the above folders once more.
  • Run the process in unattended mode.

Best of luck

Deleting contents from those folders helped.

Thanks
