My job is currently in the running stage. However, when I log into the virtual machine, I do not see the job running. Nevertheless, since the job is still running in the headquarters, other jobs have been cancelled. I am not sure what my next steps should be. Can you please advise me on what to do

Hi there! As per our understanding, your job seems to be in the running stage but is not working properly. However, we can assist you with the steps you can take to resolve this issue.
Robotiq.ai robot has implemented a security check to ensure that the license is not used up. If the GK (Gatekeeper) is down for any reason, the job will continue working but will lose its connection with the GK, which is responsible for updating the HQ status. To address this, we have implemented a feature that updates the job in HQ to “Abort” with relevant information as to why it aborted (due to GK losing connection), once GK is active again.
Please note that it is not necessary for the job to be in abort or error, as this means HQ does not have any information about the job. This feature is designed to ensure that no jobs are left hanging in the running stage. To fix the issue, you can restart VM, which will automatically stop GK and then start GK. Alternatively, you can manually stop and start GK in VM ( Services–>Robotiq.ai Gatekeeper, to stop a process, right-click on it and select “Stop”. To start it again, right-click on it and select “Start”.)
We hope this explanation helps you resolve the issue. Please let us know if you have any further queries.

I restarted the virtual machine from HQ and now the job is in an abort stage. The robot has taken on other jobs and is working fine. Thank you so much for your help, it’s good to know that everything is running smoothly. Moreover, it’s amazing that I can now restart the VM remotely even from my phone. 🙂
