Hi,

I’m having some problems with the robot installation. Where can I see the logs for the installation so that I can figure out what is wrong?

Hi Darko,

If you want to see the installation logs of the robot, you will need to run the installation of the robot through Command Prompt by using this command: msiexec /i “C:\Users\<user>\Downloads\RecorderRobotSetup.msi” /l “C:\Users\<user>\Downloads\log.txt”. When the installation of the robot is completed, you can find the installation logs in your downloads folder in a txt. file.
