I can’t start the recorder, neither via the keyboard nor the button. There is no error, but nothing happens. Has anyone encountered this issue or knows how to fix it?

What version of the robot do you have? The new recorder is available if you have version 2.1.6439 or newer. If your version is older than this, please install the new robot version and try again 🙂
