I created a basic process with only a Pause step, but it finished with an error (I have the latest version of the robot). I’m not sure what to do because the installation was successful and I have all the requirements for the robot (it’s not a new robot VM, the old version of the robot worked well). Do you have any idea what I should do?

Can you try uninstall the robot manually and install again?
Please ensure that all files related to the robot installation have been deleted. After uninstalling the robot, check the “C:\Program Files” directory to make sure that the Robotiq.ai folder is no longer visible. If the Robotiq.ai folder is still present, please delete it manually and install a new version of the robot from the beginning.
After that, try to install the new robot version manually.

Yes, this helped. Now my robot is working correctly. After deinstallation, some files were still visible, so I deleted them as you advised and install again!
