Hello everyone, I’m having an issue with a process on the new robot version. Only one process on the new robot ended in error without even starting. This didn’t happen in the previous version. I would greatly appreciate any assistance.

Hello, how old is your process? A few years ago, we had a bug with process metadata that caused issues with Click Steps using it. We fixed the problem, but now with new steps using metadata, we’ve changed some functionalities. It’s possible that the old steps or pictures are causing issues with the new robot version.

A workaround is to empty the folders: %AppData%\Robotiq\Processes and %AppData%\Robotiq\ProcedureStoragePath in the robot VM.

Of course, the best solution is to change Click Steps to Advanced Click Steps, but if you don’t have time to do this, the above workaround should help.
