Login failed – sign-in window

Hello,

We are encountering an issue during login at a client’s VM where a Windows sign-in window with a message appears. Because of this, the robot is unable to log into the virtual machine, showing the error: “Login failed. Machine is not available. Check credential provider setup.” They do not want to disable this window for security reasons. Is there any way for the robot to log into the machine while this window appears?
