I have been facing an issue where our robot is unable to log into a machine, and we’re not sure what’s causing the problem. Could this be related to an active console user session? For example, if a user is already logged in via the console could that prevent the robot from logging in? We’ve noticed that restarting the machine sometimes resolves the issue, but we’d like to understand what’s happening and how to avoid this in the future.

Ensure Only One Console Session: There should be only one console user session at a time. If multiple users or the robot itself try to log in with the same username, conflicts can arise.
