If I have 9 robots and each of them is assigned the same department, and the job is triggered via the API, how is the machine selected to receive the call? Is it possible to set a priority for specific VMs?

The machine is assigned at random, but only from the robot pool that includes machines currently available — meaning they have an “available” status, which indicates proper communication with the Gatekeeper, and they are not running any other jobs at the moment.
