I had little problem with uploading the downloaded process on other departments which I succesfully resolved with the help of Robotiq support. So, I decided to contribute my modest part to our freshly created community. 🙂
So, there is a workaround:
After downloading the process, you need to unzip it and open the process-metadata.txt file.This text file needs to be completely emptied so that only [] remains in it.Now it’s necessary to save that change and zip the process again.
If I understand correctly, the metadata file is responsible for the thumbnails located in the find element, so accordingly, after re-uploading the process, two situations are possible:
1) In version 5999, thumbnails in the find element step are still visible,at least for me. 🙂
2) In older versions, thumbnails in the find element step have been deleted, but the script executor somehow recognizes them even though they are not visible to the user.
In both cases, the process will be successfully uploaded, but in the second case, it is still necessary for further maintenance of the process to re-capture the thumbnails and save the process in that state.
