Hi,
I have a video log file (MP4) on VM that won’t open in any player, including VLC. It seems to be corrupted.
Any way to fix or recover it?

This video is not part of the Robotiq platform; it is an additional application, and we are unsure how to resolve this issue. We suspect that your video may be corrupted due to an error in your process, or it could be related to using the Stop Process Step before properly stopping the application.
We recommend that you close the external executable application before using the Stop Process Step, both at the end of the process flow and within the Error Exception section of the process.
Could you please inform us about the type of application you are using? Perhaps someone else who uses the same application can assist you.
